Ventura Foods Relocates Headquarters to Irvine’s Spectrum Terrace

Ventura Foods, a $3 billion food manufacturing titan that produces custom sauces, dressings and condiments for the world’s largest restaurant chains, has relocated its corporate headquarters to Spectrum Terrace in Irvine.

The company occupies a 60,000-square-foot workspace within the 1.1 million-square-foot Irvine Spectrum campus, positioning its executive leadership and corporate staff alongside major enterprise tenants including Apple, Amazon and The Coca-Cola Company.

The strategic move places the business in the central core of Orange County, serving as a catalyst for future operational expansion and supporting a company-wide brand update.

“We selected this location to be in the center of the county,” said Chris Furman, CEO and president of Ventura Foods. He noted that the modernized workspace aligns with the company’s refreshed brand identity and strategic vision for customer collaboration.

Founded in 1996, Ventura Foods has grown into a major force within the global food services industry. The company operates 16 manufacturing facilities, employs approximately 4,500 people, and distributes products to customers across more than 70 countries. Its custom formulations power key menu items for major chains including McDonald’s, Subway, Burger King and Papa John’s, and the company stands as a top-five supplier to Sysco, the largest U.S. food distributor.

Irvine Company’s Spectrum Terrace campus offers Ventura Foods employees high-end workplace amenities, including outdoor business cabanas, dedicated collaborative spaces and an Olympic-length swimming pool, reflecting a broader effort by major corporations to utilize premium physical real estate to support workforce retention and hybrid productivity.

The headquarters move comes during a period of sustained financial performance. Despite broader industry headwinds, Ventura Foods recently logged four of the strongest financial years in its 30-year history.
