A Trail Will Run Through It
New trail connections will soon create unimpeded access from Spectrum to the local mountains or sandy beaches. It’s a vision being established via a partnership with the city, Irvine Ranch Conservancy and Irvine Company.
1. Mountain Connection
A new Gateway Preserve will connect to 20,000 acres of natural wonders, including Limestone Canyon.
2. Spectrum Connection
A new pedestrian bridge over I-5 will connect Jeffrey Open Space Trail with Spectrum and central Irvine villages.
3. Coastal Connection
From Spectrum, San Diego Creek Trail connects to Upper Newport Bay and planned new trails leading to Crystal Cove.
