A planned new community within UCI Research Park would provide much-needed housing just steps from thousands of jobs at the office park and the UCI campus. The first homes could be available in 2027.

UCI Research Park spans 185 acres with 2.2 million-square-feet of office space that connects innovative businesses with UC Irvine’s leading researchers and STEM talent. It is home to about 75 companies. Residents would also live steps from the San Diego Creek Trail and a 60-acre nature preserve.
