In May, Irvine Company began a planning process to study the creation of a new village within Spectrum District with single-family homes, parks and a new school – all in close proximity to local jobs. The city has advanced the plan into its analysis phase. During this phase, community meetings are regularly held to provide residents a chance to review initial plans and provide input. These meetings feature a presentation by Irvine Company representatives with time for Q&A and discussion.
