Enjoy Easter in palatial 1940s Cuba. The festive buffet brunch at Habana features a barbecue station, the popular honey mustard ham, café con leche French toast, plus desserts including cotton candy ($65, children $25). Bottomless mimosas, bellinis or sangria ($18 to $20 respectively) add to the celebration.

Contemporary Italian destination Cucina Enoteca adds Easter brunch specials to its anything but regular offerings: lemon ricotta pancakes with berry jam and whipped mascarpone; polenta with poached egg, agrodolce pork belly and Swiss chard; frittata with caramelized onions, goat cheese and arugula; and smoked salmon with dill crème fraiche and capers.

Paul Martin’s American Grill opens early for its Easter prix fixe brunch. Highlights include New York steak and eggs, crab cake Benedict and a shrimp- and lobster-laden omelet topped with bearnaise; a starter and a brunch cocktail or juice are included ($37). Slow-roasted herb-encrusted prime rib ($46) is served all day.
