WELCOME to the HOLIDAYS

Friends and neighbors,

The holidays are here, and we’re ready to make your celebrations shine with memorable experiences, unique shopping and plenty of cheer.

It’s an especially exciting year as we celebrate the 30th anniversary of Irvine Spectrum Center – a milestone that reminds us of the magic created where shopping, dining and entertainment meet. Come enjoy the season with all your traditions, from ice skating by the shimmering 75-foot holiday tree to finding that perfect gift at our wonderful collection of shops.

Meanwhile, over at The Market Place, you’ll discover a welcoming new energy. We’re thrilled to introduce Paradise Park, a space to gather, dine and shop. It’s all part of our commitment to enhancing your experience in the heart of our community.

Whether you’re finding inspiration in our centers, gathering with family or simply taking a moment to enjoy the festive lights, we hope you feel the joy and wonder of the season. We offer inspiration for your gift‑giving in this year’s Holiday Gift Guide.

We wish you and yours a season filled with warmth, joy and delight.

From its sun-soaked beginnings in Laguna Beach to its cult‑favorite status nationwide, Gorjana Reidel’s eponymous jewelry line is known for its delicate layers, modern classics and now fine pieces as well.

What can shoppers expect from your holiday collections? We’re always inspired by our Southern California roots. The goal stays the same: Create fun, layerable pieces that can be worn for years to come.

What are your go-to gift ideas that feel special and universally appreciated? Charms. Nothing says “This made me think of you” more than a curated charm necklace or bracelet.

Any philanthropic partnerships planned this year? We’re excited to partner with Baby2Baby on Giving Tuesday, when we’ll donate 10% of sales to the organization.

The Irvine Spectrum location is one of your most successful stores. What makes it resonate with shoppers? It’s approachable, welcoming and designed to make jewelry shopping feel effortless and fun. The mix of locals and visitors at the Spectrum reflects our broader community: people who love pieces they can wear every day, layer their own way and gift for meaningful moments.

Reidel shows off the evil eye ($430), diamond beach charm ($555) and gold scallop shell ($126) necklaces.

Blue Hummingbird Coffee partners Christine Vargo, Matthew McGee, Christian Galindo and Elphinsten “El” Winata have gift options at various locations. Galindo selects the beans for the company, and McGee is the roaster.

Rooted in heritage, roasted with heart.” That’s the motto at Blue Hummingbird Coffee. The brand’s Irvine office campus locations include Tripointe on Alton Parkway at Irvine Boulevard, Spaces off Sand Canyon Avenue and Jamboree Center off Main Street. The spots offer pastries, wraps and lattes alongside single-origin and micro-lot coffees. Co-founder Elphinsten “El” Winata takes us behind the scenes for the concept.

What’s the Blue Hummingbird Coffee origin story? Our flagship coffee comes from a family farm in Guatemala managed by the cousin of our co-founder Christian Galindo. Its natural processing – common in African artisanal coffee, rare in Latin America – produces rich and complex coffees. Our portfolio has grown to include elevated coffees from Central America to Sumatra.

What goes into your holiday blend? We use three of our highest-end coffees: Finca La Bastilla Gesha Honey from Nicaragua; Finca El Diviso Ombligon, a competition-level coffee from Colombia; and Finca la Torre Bourbon from Guatemala. When blended they enhance one another: You get notes of jasmine, tropical fruit, honey and a hint of dark chocolate.

Are there other seasonal offerings? Yes. We have a Mistletoe Matcha Latte, Peppermint Bark Latte, Brown Butter Miso and a Cranberry Mint Hibiscus Spritz.
